DETEKT DESIGN Website

This project involves redesigning a website for a product development company. I began by conducting research to improve the website's structure, ultimately enhancing the user experience.

As usual, after receiving the brief, I initiated the process by developing a sitemap to gain a clear understanding of the website's structure. Following this, I proceeded to create wireframes to design the website layout.

I continued refining the wireframe until the company and I reached a final agreement on the layout. Afterward, I commenced creating mockups that align with the company's brand identity, ensuring that this website serves as the most accurate representation of the business.

After being launched for a few months, I monitored user behavior using tool to identify any challenges users might encounter while browsing the website and conduct A/B testing to determine the most user-friendly approach.

For example, it appeared that users on this website don't really like the long form. So we divided these forms into small sections and put them into 3 pages with breadcrumbs on top showing where they are right now to make them feel most comfortable when filling out the form..
